I recently published a story on PPP Filters which was submitted to me by a reader.  And I decided it was so good that I should open things up to anyone that wishes to submit.
How to submit a story 28 November 2001

At present, I am very behind on procesing submitted stories. I'm also spending most of my time on FreshPorts and other projects. Until things ease up, I won't be taking any submitted stories for a while.
