I tried to find a company that supports BSD Certification. There wasn't one. I read on forums how no one has made one. It doesn't exist and the www.FreeBSD.org isn't going to support certifications.
I was looking for a way to contribute to BSD so I have created the following site:
http://www.bsdcertification.com
I think you will like the Certification policy. To prevent people from just getting paper certified, they have to be involved. They have to get someone to endorse them who has also passed the test. For more advanced tests, they will have to get two endorsements.
This way, in order to get certified, it is a two step process:
1. Pass the certification test
2. Be endorsed for that test by one or more members of the BSD community who has passed the same test.

You should consider having a 'Contact Us' section, or perhaps an email address listed on the site in order to contact someone in charge of at least the site content/development. You've got a few spelling errors, etc. which may not encourage people to spend money on a "certification" from a new and unknown website.

I've seen you post to the list on occasion. I'm not a founding member, but I am an interested list member. =P
