 SafeRM - no accidental rm -rf

I wrote this script because even though I've never actually issued a command like rm -rf / by accident, I was always well aware of the potential disaster something like that would cause. I'm fairly certain there are other scripts around that accomplish the same goals as this, but I scripted it before really bothering to look, and now I'm very used to it. Hope it's helpful to someone. I recommend using it on every machine.
