Question

When I go to complete my next cvsup and "make world" proccess is there any thing else I need to cleanup besides removing whats in /usr/obj directory.

Was not sure about this, and wanted to ask incase I missing something.

Also, should I remove whats in /usr/src, before I download the lastest from cvsup.

Best Regards

Aaron

I think the only time I've removed /usr/src was when I was upgrading from 3.x to 4.x and I don't remember if it was necessary
or not, and I've never had any problems with it since cvsup will add deltas to your source. In any event if you want to remove /usr/src for some reason, you may want to copy your kernel config
file somewhere else before doing so...may save you some time.

I don't recommand to delete /usr/src/
cvsup will download all source code from internet if you don't have old source code in /usr/src/ , but if you got old source code in /usr/src/ cvsup only download the latest source code since the last time you run cvsup , and this may save some times
