 Localisation of freeBSD for Japanese

Hello Sir/Madam

We have developed a portal site for a leading ISP in japan and wish to
know the following Information.

We are using freeBSD 3.4 and since the users will be Keying in Japanese
Charecter and viewing them it is necessary for us to change the OS into
Japanese (Is there a japanese Version of freeBSD? or should we use the
localisation option for Japanese?)

We have installed Apache web server, Apache JServ & PostgreSQL. with
japanese Support
Please do help us with your suggestions

I *know* FreeBSD is *very* popular in Japan. More popular than in USA. There are more Japanese FreeBSD books than English FreeBSD books.
