Things look quiet here. But I've been doing a lot of blogging at
dan.langille.org because I prefer WordPress now.
Not all my posts there are FreeBSD related.
I am in the midst of migrating The FreeBSD Diary over to WordPress
(and you can read about that here).
Once the migration is completed, I'll move the FreeBSD posts into the
new FreeBSD Diary website.
IP Filter 3.3.8 has just been released. IP Filter
is a packet filter which can be used to implement a firewall. I like it. The
rule groups it uses are quite powerful. It runs under a wide range of operating
systems and can cope with large volumes of traffic.
You can install it using the
instructions found at Installing IP Filter 3.3.4.
I just upgraded my box using the instructions found there. Should work just
fine for you.
