Topic: My laptop was stolen. It logs into MSN Messenger automatically. I was on my workstation when I got logged out of MSN. Someone is online now with my laptop. What IP address are they using please?

I later found out that is not me at all. During a later conversation with an MSN tech, we were unable to match that email address with my name. It is another Langille.

Catherina: The ip address is 207.46.181.21
Dan Langille: That's a Microsoft.com address.
Catherina: Thats the server address.
Catherina: Is there anything else I could assist you with regarding this issue?

Dan Langille: So they logged into that server, roughly 50 minutes ago, according to my watch.
Dan Langille: Well, yes. What IP address did the login come from?

Dan Langille: That's what is needed to track the laptop.
Catherina: That is from you account ******@msn.com and the ip: 207.46.181.21

Dan Langille: OK, I understand that. That is the server into which the laptop logged into. But what is the IP address of the client?
Catherina: Dan, iam sorry to say that we can not trace the ip address of the clicnt in our data base.
Dan Langille: OK. I understand. Is there anyone else I can talk to about this? For example, am I logged in right now?
Catherina: i suggest you to contact the customer care.
