 Port 25 work around HELP

I need HELP I have a serious port 25 problem.
I need someone to help me accomplish the technique described

I have a home based biz. Comcast has completely blocked port. My Nutrition business is ruined. I cannot connect to an external SMTP email server. However, someone with skills to help me navigate around the problem is needed. Willing pay any expenses.
