A few jail patches...

The following patch fixes the adjkerntz issue:
http://people.freebsd.org/~seanc/patches/#adjkrntz_jail
And the following patch allows you to set the netmask of jails.
http://people.freebsd.org/~seanc/patches/#jail_netmask
