If you click on Topics at the top of this page, look for and click on FrontPage, look for and click on "Installing a new virtual web with FP2000 extensions", I think you'll find what you want.

Alternative, you could click on Search at the top of this page, and search on "How do you install FP extension to a user's web page?". When I did that, the page you wanted was the first one listed.
