Hi,

for a time i've been getting this weird message on freebsd, not sure why, it repeats itself every 10 minutes, so after about an hour, it looks like this...

Aug 13 04:47:12 junior inetd[485]: ssh/tcp: bind: Address already in use
Aug 13 04:57:12 junior inetd[485]: ssh/tcp: bind: Address already in use
Aug 13 05:07:12 junior inetd[485]: ssh/tcp: bind: Address already in use
Aug 13 05:17:12 junior inetd[485]: ssh/tcp: bind: Address already in use
Aug 13 05:27:12 junior inetd[485]: ssh/tcp: bind: Address already in use

can anyone explain to me why it keeps doing this? and if possible, a cure?

a cure for this problem would be most welcome.

TJ
