 FTP Securing, revisited.

About 2 months ago I posted some questions concerning securing FTP for user accounts whom I was hosting. With the guidance of a few folks on here, and other research, I managed to configure my box to do what I needed. I would like to share this knowledge again, for I have written detailed instructions on my website forum (because explaining it took up alot of forum room) I hope the generous folks at freebsddiary.org will see this not as a commercial post, but as an added resource.
