 FreeBSD 5.3 autoinstall CD
Author: Y

I am making an automated FreeBSD installation using my own install.cfg.
Previously (read 4.x), one could insert a custom install.cfg into floppies/boot.flp/mfsroot.gz and then make a new CD to boot off the boot.flp image using mkisofs -d -D -J -R "-b floppies/boot.flp -c floppies/boot.catalog".
However, it appears that 5.3 developers have changed something in the boot/install process so that the above no longer works correctly.
It prompts to insert kernel floppies, instead of booting off the CDROM.
I would appreciate some help. ANY pointers would be welcome.
P.S. I've done my homework; meaning I've read man pages sysinstall, boot, loader.conf,...
and a few web sites that outline how this <is/used to be> done, such as
http://www.sfc.wide.ad.jp/~watari/FreeBSD/boot.html
I wasn't able to find much information about Freebsd CD boot process/file layout.
