I'm installing servers on freebsd and i'm asking to me what should be the best antivrus solution for ftp and mail. can you help me?

Check into amavisd.

http://www.amavis.org/

Although you will most likely still need a scanning binary to perform your AVS scans, this is a decent daemon to interoperate with mail.

Amavis is in the ports tree.
