You can use some boot manager. There are some commercial like BootStar or System Commander but you can probably find some free managers on Internet.
Then you can install e.g. each system on its own primary partition. I'm using System Commander with Win2k, Win98, WinME and FreeBSD (of course :) ) with no problem.
