Check out Bootpart v2.2 at http://www.winimage.com/bootpart.htm for a tool to modify the NT boot loader. The instructions deal with multibooting NT/win95/OS2/Linux, but I use it with NT workstation and FreeBSD and it works OK. I don't know about remote reboots though. Good luck.
