Have a Macintosh print on a BSD box
Author: Philipp Reichmuth

Hello folks!

I need to set up a micro-LAN with a FreeBSD-based box as the server and a few extremely mixed clients, among them a Macintosh.

How do I get the Mac to print on a printer attached to the BSD box? The printer is an HP LJ 1100, and I can PostScript-ize it using Ghotscript, so this shouldn't be a problem - but how do I get a Mac to print across a TCP/IP network?

Philipp
