 Win modem (Genius GM56PCI-L) under FeeBSD 4.2

Can I use this modem under FreeBSD?
If yes.... What must I do for it ?

If I'm reading the description right and it is in fact a "win-modem" then NO I don't believe you can use it on any *nix system let alone BSD 4.2. Win modems rely on system resources to get their job done... if you're looking to connect to the net on a BSD box and you want a 110% guarantee that it'll work, get a US Robotics 56K EXTERNAL modem or a Zoom 56K EXTERNAL modem. Just plug it in the back on an open serial/com port and BSD should pick it up just fine... then you'll be able to enable it as /dev/cua0 or whatever ya like... I went through hoops trying to get those cheap-ass pci and isa modems to work in BSD...

Good luck either way though :)
