Problem with 2 ethernet cards in 1 machine
Author: ROB

Hello....

I have a freebsd 4.2 machine that has 2 ethernet 10/100 cards. The first card is "xl0" and I need it to connect to @home service. The second card is "xll" and I would like for it to be the gateway for the other 2 machines i have networked through a hub. So far all i did to the freebsd machine is i did a default setup, nothing fancy.

Can someone walk me through the steps of configuring this?
Your help is most appreciated

Thanks....very much

ROB

look on the topics page, under gateway. Use that.
