 problem with firewall since patched.

I recently updated my firewall (ipfw) with the patch to fix the recent bug with established packets. Since i have added the patch, i can't seem to run my
games from my computer behind the firewall. Here is how it is set up.

FreeBSD 4.2 with ipfw/natd. i have the ports that my games use forwarded
to a windows box behind the firewall. Before i added the patch, there was no problem with running my games and having the packets forwarded to the windows box. I have the ports that need forwarded open in my firewall rules, and the ports are forwarded by natd. I am positive it has to do with the changes in the established packets code...

i have the line

allow tcp from any to any established

in my ruleset. should this be altered somehow since the changes to code?
any help is appreciated. Sorry if this sounds a little rambling, sleepy right now.
