Is it possible to do the same thing with SSH as you can do with the ftpchroot??

In short: i want to grand some users SSH access but only in their own directory..

Not really - at least not that I know of.

SSH is more like telnet than FTP. Just gives you shell access over an encrypted tunnel. The users can move freely around your box.
