I have an error code of 533 5.7.1 STARTLS command not enabled. It is occuring when I tried to send emails with a piece of software named SendBlaster. My problem is that SendBlaster tells me that it is my ISP provider, Verizon, and Verizon says that it is a SendBlaster issue. I am not real geeky at computers so I am lost, frustrated and angry because I can't use the software.
I looked on this site but I could not find an answer that worked for me. Can someone please qualify an answer so I can nail somebody and get them to fix it. Thank you.
